The stay
Small on purpose
Jawai Heaven has just eight keys, so evenings stay quiet and the hills stay the view. Choose a tent with a private plunge pool, or one of five stone cottages. Every stay can be booked room only or with breakfast, half board or all meals.
Rates below are per room per night for two guests, before GST. A third guest is charged as an extra bed.

Around Jawai
Leopards, lakes and herders
Jawai is not a national park. Leopards live wild in the granite hills here, alongside the Rabari herders who have shared the land with them for generations, and the Jawai dam brings water and birds to the dry country around it.
Jawai dam and its birds
Built in the 1940s and 50s, the dam is the largest in western Rajasthan. In winter it draws migratory birds such as bar-headed geese, cranes and flamingos, and mugger crocodiles bask along its banks.
Slow days at the resort
Between safaris: the swimming pool, a plunge pool if you are in a tent, meals at our restaurant, and evenings under a very wide sky. Ask us about village walks and bonfire evenings.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Ask us if you need an early arrival or a late departure.
Do the rates include GST?
No. Rates are per room per night for two guests, before GST. Stays above ₹7,500 a night carry 18% GST under current rules, and the total we quote shows it.
Can a third person share the room?
Yes, with an extra bed, charged per night depending on the meal plan. The rate tables above show the extra bed price next to each plan.
How do I book and pay?
Check availability above and send a request. We confirm your rooms and share payment details by phone, WhatsApp or email. Your booking is confirmed once the advance is received.
Will I see a leopard?
Leopards here are wild, so sightings are never guaranteed. Safaris run in the early morning and late afternoon, when leopards are most often out on the rocks.
When is the best time to visit?
The cooler months, roughly October to April, are the most comfortable and bring the migratory birds to the dam.
